From the time of check-in to the completion of the service on my vehicle, the service center staff are welcoming, courteous, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Service Advisor, Chhivon Vey, is outstanding. He explained to me the software update required on my vehicle along with the multi-point inspection details and kept me up to date on the service progress. Thank you, Chhivon.

Scheduled service online. Took almost 2 hours for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I checked oil level before leaving Coggin and found it was only half up on dipstick range. I had a Coggin tech also check and he confirmed the level. I would expect the level after a change to be in upper end of dipstick. I did not want to spend any more time there and left. Our service advisor, Angela Hardie, was very courteous and helpful.

We started working with one staff member whose service was friendly, informative and professional and he connected us with Ace who helped us complete our purchase the week afterwards. We had a fantastic purchasing experience and Ace was very helpful, friendly, authentic and accommodating- the best imaginable interaction and service hands down! We also appreciated working with Samba who was also great and made us feel comfortable and confident that we were in the best of hands. Overall, the team was awesome and we are very pleased with our purchase and experience.
