Whole process was professional customer service.

The Pilot told me that I needed to get an oil change. I took the Pilot to Coggin, where I had leased it from. With in 90 minutes the oil and filter were changed and several safety checks were checks were done. Total satisfaction!

Overall a great experience! I was scheduled with Kerry and was greeted by an associate sitting at a desk in front of him. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but he proactively got the process started by collecting information from me to expedite the process while Kerry finished helping the customer he was tending do prior to my arrival. As soon as Kerry finished he addressed what I needed and let me know it would be some time while they diagnosed what may be wrong with my vehicle. It took a couple of hours which was expected but afterwards Kerry was thorough in explaining what was found in regards to both issues as well as the plan of action for one of the two since a part needed to be ordered which he stated was already taken care of. I sincerely appreciated today’s prompt and courteous service!
