Tim and Josh were exceptional. Purchased a car in February and unfortunately it was totaled within three months. Contacted Tim the next day and he had already found an identical replacement. We had our son a new car within nine days. He went out of his way to work on his day off for the first car and stayed 2 1/2 hours past his shift for the second one. Tim was very pleasant and easy to work with. He is very attentive and kind with his customers. He really cares about making a car buying experience pleasant. Josh is a hoot. He knows his stuff and made a daunting task of buying yet another car much more enjoyable. We laughed the entire time, which made our experience enjoyable.
