I came in for a scheduled appointment. I was a bit disappointed that i was not seen at the schedule time, but as always the work and the multi-point inspection is on point. Overall i am always happy with the end result.

Positive, JC was friendly, informative, and non-pressuring (which is super important to me). we felt a little more pressure from Aaron to purchase extended warranty, etc, which is a stressful feeling/decision moment, but he was friendly still overall.
