We went in for oil change and got the transmission fluid changed also. The service people are very nice and knowledgeable.

Andre, was busy with another customer but when he printed something for them, he acknowledged me and said to give him a few to finish with his current customer. I appreciated him acknowledging me and letting me know that he would help me. He was very professional, cordial, and made me feel at ease. I texted him to ask the status of my vehicle around the time we discussed and instead of just texting me back, he found me in the waiting area (I was near the showroom area because I was working and like using the tables) and told me it would be another 10 minutes or so. I appreciate him coming to find me instead of texting me. I know he was busy (there were only 3 service technicians when I arrived around 2:30pm) but stepping away to find me was very kind and thoughtful. Kudos to him and all that he does because I know from personal experience customer service is not always easy but he had a great attitude.
