I was pleasantly surprised and impressed at my last service visit to Coggin Honda of St. Augustine. My service advisor was Chhivon Vey. He was exceptionally good at his job. When I asked about the recall on my 2019 Civic, he checked it for me and got me an answer immediately when I checked in. He knew exactly what to do with the Honda coupon I had received in my email. He was pleasant, professional and polite. I was in for my 30,000 mile service and he discussed and recommended additional services. I wasn't sure on some of the things and he advised me what I should do and what can wait till my next service. It's WONDERFUL having a service advisor that you and TRUST! I've been to many dealers and have found it hard to trust everyone's "recommendations". I actually live closer to another Honda dealer and prefer to drive down to St. Augustine because I trust the sales and service personnel much more. I'm very happy with Honda and Coggin of St. Augustine and grateful to have Chhivon as a service advisor!
