Honestly the entire process was amazing up until it was time for finance to work their magic. There was an issue that was out of their control but we sat for hours not understanding why. There should have been better communication about what was going on instead of leaving us waiting for a very long time. We didn't get an answer to what was talking so long until we voiced our frustrated with everything. Everything after that has been awesome. James Paul have been available to answer any and all questions before and after my purchase. Christine in the tag office/department was amazing assisting me with an issue getting my tags. Great communication from her! Thank you again!
