No stress car buying

The service was excellent as always. Angela was very efficient, courteous and a joy to work with. The check in and check out went smoothly and I was kept updated on my service throughout the visit. A part had to be ordered, and I appreciate that Angela put me immediately in a courtesy car for overnight use.

I purchased the exact car I wanted for the price I was willing to pay.

The only reason why it's not a 5 is because of the wait which I can't do anything about it. I was there for an oil change, tire rotation and had them change the Serpentine belt. It took about 2 hours. My car rep that day was excellent and explained everything every step of the way.
