Service took a long time to complete. Service writer did not charge us because of the length of the time it took to complete the basic oil change and tire rotation.

My assigned service writer was not yet at work when I arrived, so the greeter told me to go a different one. When I did so, I got the impression from him that I had to wait for the assigned one, but when I asked about that, it seemed that I misunderstood or he miscommunicated. Anyway, my service was written up, and I waited about an hour and 20 minutes for the work to be done. The thing that most annoyed me, however, is that I was there for installation of a recall part for which I had received a notice in JANUARY. And before this appointment, I had made two earlier ones, both of which were cancelled because the part was not available. It makes little sense to me to send recall notices, which seem to be important from a safety standpoint, and then NOT HAVE THE PART.

It was great!

$499 dollars for tinting two windows is outrageous. Would have told you not to install it.
