Great customer service! I was late to my appointment and I called to see if I should still come in for my appointment. Richard said please come in! I was in and out in about an hour or so and did not mind at all. I specifically get my service done there because the staff is wonderful and I know I get great service for my money! Keep up the great work!!

Richard always takes his time to explain what is going on and why. If he has any question he will look up the answer and I feel like I’m always being treated honestly. He never seems rushed or frustrated with my questions

The work done is great, the people were nice, and the car service is good too. I personally had an incident where I was overlooked as I came in, WITH an appointment by one of the younger gentlemen who was more interested in the two attractive girls that came in after me, but that ultimately did not really bother me as I had an appointment anyway. What I do NOT understand is that every time I go in, and I have made appointments for each visit for quite some time, is the length of time it takes. I have been stuck in that dealership for over 2 hours, just for a routine oil change with my maintenance plan. Last time, it was 1.5 hours. There is no point to having appointments set if you are not taken first at the time of your appointment. I walked in a LONG time ago, and was out within an hour so I know its possible. if I didn't have this maintenance plan, I dont care how nice the team is, id never set one foot back in that dealership.
