Service rep assured me I would be finished in time for my next appointment so I did not need a loaner car for the day. He was right on the money as to the time. He didn't try to sell me any unnecessary services and was patient with my questions.

Quick and thorough along with recommended services

My car was on a recall list and I had to leave my 2015 Murano. I was provided with a loaner vehicle which suited my needs perfectly. My representative Richard took extra care to make sure the vehicle would work since he knew I would be transporting my grandson and needed the car seat in the back seat. I was kept informed about the length of time and called immediately when my car was done.

The service was great Kyle Williams was great and he worked with me from start to finish.
