I came in for an oil change and to find out how to get the exhaust pipe that came loose fixed. The oil change was fine. The associate helping me warned me against getting the exhaust parts fixed at Nissan due to the astronomically high prices Nissan would charge me and recommended I get the issue fixed elsewhere for a lot cheaper. Appreciative for honest associates at Nissan that prevented me from spending thousands at Nissan during this holiday season when I could resolve my issues for 10% their cost elsewhere.

The staff there is great, best car buying experience I ever had.

My overall service visit was excellent as always. I was greeted by my usual service advisor, Raymond Sarmiento. He reviewed and confirmed my service needs and kept me updated on the progress. He is always very engaging and demonstrates appropriately personal attention to regarding my service needs.

I stopped in the express lane for an oil change on my 370Z which was purchased new at your dealership. 3 cars pulled in ahead of me and the rep said 1 hour and 10 minutes, as the cars ahead of me started getting called mine came up right at 1 hour and 6 minutes as promised Thanks as always
