We were pleased obviously by the expert servicing of our 2013 Murano Platinum and by the pleasant upgrade of the customer service area.

Charlie of Coggin Nissan at the Avenues was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He made my trade-in experience the best it has ever been. I told him what I wanted and he and the amazing staff made it happen!

Bill has been providing me with imperial service since the first day I brought this vehicle in for service in 2012. He is consistent and never disappoints me. My daughter is now the primary driver of the vehicle and he takes the time to make sure she understands the services that will be completed and future servicesthat are being recommended if needed. I came with no appointment on a Saturday morning needing an oil change and tire rotation. Turns out that I also needed new brake pads. Since my car is not a Nissan they had to get them from a local supplier. All of the work was done more quickly than I thought would be the case. Also the service representative kept me informed of the progress all morning. The price was very good as well. Will be coming back in the future.
