Great work ethic and comprehensive in their service, the service advisors make sure what is happening with your vehicle and advise you of issues to look for moving forward. Everyone in the Service department is extremely friendly and is never looking to sell service that isn't needed. I was grateful to see these values carried into the Sales Department as well when it was time for a new vehicle.

I've been a client since 2002 and have always received prompt and courteous service. Coggin Nissan at the Avenues is the only service department I trust to work on my vehicle and Bill M. is an excellent Service Advisor.

It was very easy to make an appointment for service and the staff members were friendly and professional. I was able to leave my car and do some errands while it was serviced. I received a text message with the name of my technician and was encouraged to contact them if I had any questions while my car was there. My car was ready when I returned. The entire service process was smooth and stress free!

I had an overall wonderful experience with the service department! I had an oil change, tire rotation and points inspection done. We were informed of some items that needed attention and when we arrived to pick up the car the items I didn’t have done was explained to me as to when they would be beneficial to be done.
