Coggin Nissan at the Avenues is a great dealership. The Service Department is the best I have ever experienced.

Easy to set up an appointment, had a bit of a wait but it was an after 5pm service and they looked busy. Friendly faces and comfortable wait area

Richard Smith always provides excellent customer service. He takes his time and answers any questions or concerns I have. Recently I was out of town and got a screw in my left rear tire. I purchased the tires at your dealership. I took my car to the local Nissan dealer in Ashland, Ky, but they were not very helpful. I called Richard and he agreed to talk with their service department. He had to explain to them how they could access my service history through Nissan’s system. Richard went out of his way to help me. This is what I call “Exceptional Customer Service”. Thank you Richard!!!

Richard, Service Tech was extremely professional. He even took 3 phone calls prior to appointment helping with car issue and updating problems. He is always professional.

Richard did a great job of getting me through the process quickly, which was great considering I was dealing with a dead battery.
