On October 29,2018 I went to Coggin Nissan at the Avenues to inquire about the 2018 MODEL YEAR END sales event. Recently I had received a email from Ron Messenetti the General Manager reminding me of the sales event and detailing the incentives that caught my attention of the rebates and the $4000.00 trade in for my vehicle. I, have had my 2004 Titian serviced by Coggin Nissan for over ten years. My Service Manager, Bill Mooney is diligent at making sure every time I had my truck worked on, it was always done right the first time. Knowing Bill over the years he told me if I wanted to by a new truck that he would refer me to their truck expert Charlie Robledo in sales. On October 29th I had the pleasure of meeting and being taken care of by Charlie. I told Charlie that I had a 04 Titan and was interested in a new 2018 model and wanted to know what had changed on the Titan. He told me about the different packages and then took me out to the vehicle lot and showed me a 4x4 Titan with the cargo package that also had the navigation package that had SXM RADIO and the voice control features. He also, told me that Nissan had changed the drive chain from a rubber belt to a actual chain made of meatal, the gear ratio in the rear axel was changed to increase the MPG. He took me back to his office we talked about prices and what my 04 Titan would be worth. He went with the sales manager to evaluate my truck and came back to tell me that I would receive $4000.00 trade in and with the rebate would total $9000.00 off the sticker price. Looking at the price that he gave me, I made a choice to purchase the truck. I wanted the color blue and asked if they had one? He said, no and they were hard to find being that it was at the end of the year. He then searched the internet and found one in Daytona Beach Fl. He told me that he needed a deposit to lock the truck in so it could not be sold. I used my credit card and put a down payment he made arrangements to have the Titan delivered that day to Coggin at the Avenues. Charlie is very knowledgeable about trucks and that was also his hobby. I enjoyed my business transaction with Charlie and there was no sales pressure and he showed me what I wanted and I was fortunately able to purchase my truck at the price that I was looking for. I also, met Ron Messenetti and thanked him for sending me the email reminding me of the sales event. Told him how I liked working with Charlie Robledo on my purchase. Charlie was not a high pressure sales person and did not try to convince me to by a truck that day. I told him to that I wanted to know what my Titan was worth and to see what the price was for the 4x4 Titan was? He and the used car sales manager went to look at my Titan and Charlie came back with the offer of $4000.00 and the rebate that totaled $9000.00 off the price of the 4x4 Titan. I was surprised at the price that was shown and asked him if Nissan had any left in blue? Charlie started searching for one on the internet with the cargo package and navigation package. He found one in Daytona Beach Fl. He said , if you are interested in this truck you should lock it in now before it is sold. I could afford the price that was offered to me and I put a down payment on the truck he found in Daytona. Charlie made arrangements to have the Titan delivered to Coggin Nissan that day. I was very pleased with the way I was treated at Coggin Nissan and how Charlie handled the sale of the new 2018 Titan that I own today. I also, met Ron Messentti the General Manger and thanked him for his email reminder and expressed to him how well his sales department treated me.
