There was an issue with the new 2018 Maxima that I purchased and Emilio, Aram, and Stacy went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. Emilio found another car exactly like the one I purchased and had it shipped in for my review. It was perfect. It's good to know that the sales and service team is always on your side. Bill was excellent to work with and went out of his way to request a waiver on the replacement part we needed since we were just out of warranty. My brakes were also fixed to our satisfaction - this was a repeat visit because they werent fixed completely the first time.

Paul was very nice and the 4 stars is not about him. He deserves a 5. The dealership needs to find a better check-in system. I waited for 6 minutes before any of the salespeople who were not already assisting people acknowledged me. This is the second time. You need a receptionist or something. Thanks.
