i'm curious as to why lee is only person checking in /out customers? i had to wait when i arrived & again when it was time to pay/leave, another person was forced to wait. i saw several other people in office not helping customers in person (not sure what their job description is so can't say they were not working - just gave the impression of not available) the 1 girl was busy with phone and the 2 young men who cheerfully greeted when i pulled into bay were excellent with their speedy (limited) service. impressions are that there needs to be better division of duties so no one has to wait when dropping off/picking up a car for services.i also appreciate the complimentary car rinse service back too
