Everyone was friendly and helpful and gave us all of the details we asked for in regards to the finances of the car. We did realize once we got home that there were some features that we weren’t told about such as remote start which I think is definitely a feature that should be highlighted when selling a car. It’s a great feature!

After getting my oil change I received an alert that my window washer liquid was low. I per my paper work my liquids were top off and evidently that's not the case and now I'm wondering what else was not done.

It was great. Although prices have gone up and I had to downgrade from what I am used to driving, I am pretty confident that Richard got me the best possible deal. He always streamlines the process for me.
