I was there for maintenance, Tire rotation, oil change, windshield washer fluid; and thoroughly given excellent service. My service advisor was awesome. I think his name was Harvis( or close to the spelling) is the bet service advisor I have ever had at any dealership. That includes Cadillac, Mercedes, Mitsubishi. He certainly is an assess to your company

had car towed to facility, no appt. lauri becker took care of getting alternator for car and fixed. no problem. car repair service was done quickly after parts came in.

i was blessed with a great coupon, easily booked my appointment through the email and had a good interaction with my service representative and enjoyed the waiting room. the service report was sent to me promptly and no problems were indicated.

Asked for an oil change and fix a broken volume button. Oil cha mgr was done but part was not available.
