(mechanic) chris bryant -10overall service - 8.note - service was excellent overall except for the fact that you have to rent a vehicle if your vehicle is going to be held up for more than day waiting on parts or service, nissan offers no loaner only rentals. customers have to get a rental, which was a total surprise to me. never did this with any dealer i have been associated with. but chris the service manager made it right and got me a courtesy vechicle.
