My visit to Coggin Nissan was great. The dealership was very clean, Ms. Nelly showed me around, took me to the Service area, & met the Service Advisor, Ms. Laurie. Also, I met with Perry, the Finance Mgr., & he was very knowledgeable & nice to work with; Everyone was nice.

i had routine oil change ... replaced wind shield wipers ... front end alignment and tire balance and brake fluid replacement and car wash. all of my maintenance was prepared scheduled and coordinated by my outstanding service manager christian !!! he is " the absolute best " !!! he planned and coordinated every aspect of my work to be done ... he looked at my past maintenance and suggested additional needed maintenance i.e.( brake fluid and cabin filter replacement ) he then scheduled me for a free lyft ride home and kept in contact with me ... when maintenance was complete he scheduled me another free lyft ride back to the dealership ... he checked and observed all my maintenance was performed correctly and completely right down to the car wash !!! christian is an outstanding service manger and an awesome employee representative of coggin nissan !!! i take all my car maintenance work to coggin nissan ... they are truly a highly represented professional business... they do outstanding work and have amazingly professional employees !!! ... such as service manager christian !!! their technicians are all highly trained and accomplish outstanding car maintenance and repairs !!! thank you christian and coggin nissan ! * 5 stars * !!! nick s.

I had many obstacles driving into the service department. I don’t live in Jacksonville. I had an appointment at Mayo Clinic and Christian’s attention to my purchase of a 5 day old Rogue needing service was professional and considerate.
