Lee Lanier was my Service Manager and always does a great job taking care of me and my 2018 Nissan Maxima Platinum! I had made reservation on line to have my oil and filter changed and car was taken right away and completed quickly and Lee kept me informed of the progress the whole time as always. I was very satisfied with this Service call!

richard wright was so helpful. i traveled from louisiana to get my car. prior to my trip, he texted, called, and made a video for me to see the vehicle more closely. he also had me text for more information, if needed.when i arrived in florida, he greeted me with a handshake and a big red bow on my car. we went for a drive and he showed me how everything worked . i was driving and it was a great experience. he's very informative and helpful.

well i called on thurs to make appt for oil change and replacement of 2 tires. after i had been waiting about an hour, i was told the tires weren't there but they could get them from another dealership. i think i was there about 4 hrs. then when i was waiting to check out a lady across the room was asking the guy across from me for his plan for improvement and he wasn't sure what she needed and the conversation was a bit awkward in front of customers and coworkers.that's about it.

I arrived for oil change and was greeted pleasantly . Laurie is always pleasant and efficient, regardless of how busy . My car was returned clean and the service completed. Chris has great team!! Love Coggins Service Dept
