our indicator light came on so i took our pathfinder in friday morning to have it checked out. i left the suv with laurie, our service advisor. later that morning i was advised there were three issues that needed attention. the estimated cost was significant but due to our long term relationship, 20 years, with the dealership and our service advisor, i gave a quick approval. although i was told it could possibly be monday before the work would be completed, laurie and the team in the shop were able to complete the repairs friday. another reason no one but coggin nissan on atlantic works on our vehicles.

it was absolutely amazing! i was going to buy from arlington toyota. but i felt they didn't care, had no personality and didn't make it a fun experience. jack made it amazing. i had a long day of car shopping and coggin on atlantic was my last stop right before they closed. i was very grateful. it was fun! jack was knowledgeable as well. knew everything about the cars shown. ended up loving the 2023 nissan rogue with 11 miles. all the bells and whistles for the same price as the toyota 2021 rav4 hybrid with 20,000 miles! i was shocked. i've been looking for a vehicle for so long and never thought i'd purchase a nissan rogue. but the warm and fun experience jack created had completely changed my mind and opened my eyes to the perfect fit me!
