I got new tires because I hit something in the road and Shredded a tire. It was an emergency and as normal the service was amazing!

laurie was great to work with. she kept me updated on the progress along the way.

Excellent

8. Hardvis is amazing, dealt with him many times. But I came to pick up my car and when I left I heard a noise in the front end (that wasn't there originally) and I turned around and came right back and they looked at it right away, but apparently 2 lug nuts were loose and so the alignment was done with those loose so the alignment is off. I didn't have time to wait another hour for them to do the alignment again. I know I'll need new tires in the next couple months so I figured I'd have to get an alignment again then, although I'll have to pay for it again. Just a little frustrating, but overall, it's always amazing, and that's why we keep coming back.

the sales associate, kely portillo, was knowledgeable and professional without being pushy. the entire coggin team made purchasing the rogue sport an absolute pleasure!
