my experience at nissan was as expected. great customer service, which started from being greeted outside as soon as i pulled up. hardvis, my advisor, is a pleasure to speak with. he is personable, answers all my questions, and is straight to the point. service on my car is never a long wait. in fact, for me, waiting on my vehicle gives me a chance to catch up on some tasks i wasn't able to complete during the week. thanks!
