we were there for recall check. communication was great with christian. he explained in detail what would be checked, how long it would take and kept us informed via text about findings and when we could pick up our rogue. the whole experience was seamlessly easy mainly because of christian's superior customer service. he's a keeper for sure. thank you for a great experience.
