laurie beck was my service advisor as i requested, she met me outside when i arrived. i was treated with professionalism and respect. laurie kept me up to date on where my vehicle was throughput the service appointment. i didn't realize the my first oil change was free and she informed me of this. she also informed me that i need to have my tires rotated with each oil change and i had forgotten about that. she even gave me some recommendations on netflix shows to watch which i truly was appreciative of. she made the experience less stressful for me because i don't like having to be the one to bring my car for service. thank you laurie for changing my experience into a positive one.
