excellent experience

my service experience was good. everyone was nice and professional, and my car was complete in a reasonable time

it was great and what was expected

hardvis did a great job getting my vehicle ready and communicating with me during the process. everyone, including the young lady in the parts department, was pleasant and professional, making my experience in getting my nissan rogue repaired a positive one.

staff was friendly, professional and respectful of our time. nelly morallo was our salesperson. she explained everything clearly, was honest and transparent and i would recommend her to my family and friends.

my service advisor was professional and helpful

christian did a great job keeping me informed of parts and time for my sb repairs. i also had oil and rotation done. the only thing was i noticed as i was leaving that my right rear tire was still in the same position, not rotated. i had put a plug in tire the day before . someone serviced all the air pressures because i check on the truck screen and they were all the same now , they were different days before . christian was able to run it back into the shop and have the work completed.
