the experience was fantastic!kiki was very pleasant to work with, and it was clear that she puts the customer first. i felt valued through her tireless efforts to make every detail about the sale right. coggin atlantic would be very smart to retain her and build her up as she carries a natural ability to connect with a customer.the manager, jose was equally as pleasant to work with. he was fast with the paperwork portion, and met me where i was with numbers. i felt zero pressure, and felt that for the first time, i actually enjoyed the process of buying a new car.from kiki taking the time to go to coggin avenues to pick up the vehicle and bring it back for me to see, and keeping me in the loop with the process and jose being straightforward and working with me every step of the way really impressed me!i do have one complaint that does not involve anyone at coggin atlantic, but rather coggin avenues. i called them from the atlantic location to see if they had a rock creek on their lot, and they said that they did. a green and black version. i said great! i'd like the green one! the salesman on the phone proceeded to say that he will gas it up and have it ready for me, but i did not intend to leave atlantic.kiki went to go pick up the green rock creek and avenues refused to release it to her, and kept the green vehicle in lieu of my arrival. so she came back to atlantic with the black version and i opted to buy that one because i liked the color better. i did not appreciate the shoving around and lack of cooperation between dealerships.i will nev

water was leaking inside my nissan pathfinder... i called my coggin nissan on atlantic service mgr chris ... he was extremely responsive friendly & professional and scheduled me for repair immediately!!! chris was knowledgable of the issue and also scheduled me for a full check out !!! chris explained everything and we agreed on the appropriate cost ... chris arranged for a lyft ride home for me so quickly i only waited 15 minutes !amazing. chris kept me informed throughout the day of the progress ... coggin nissan tech’s did a fantastic job repairing my pathfinder... chris's customer service support communication is over the top awesome !!! he anticipated my needs as a customer and had a lyft at my house almost immediately !!! amazing !!! he fully checked out all the work completed on my car for accuracy performance and acceptance !!! chris is the best most professional respectful and friendly customer service manager ever ! he is a tremendous representative employee of coggin nissan atlantic... thank you chris and coggin nissan !!! ... nick sciartelli
