it's always a pleasure to work with lee. the text message status updates are efficient and nice. however, a sometimes leaves feeling like i wasn't given optimal care for my vehicle in comparison to other service experiences. for example, with my oil change i feel the cabin filter change should have been included rather than a separate price because that is typically what the car auto shops do that i have been serviced by.
