I came in for a recall service on my keys. After an inspection I received a report that suggested a break service which I agreed to have done. While I waited in the customer I was disappointed to find out there were no beverages on the cooler and no snacks available. This is the first time in all the years I have come in for service that there were no refreshments for customers.
