lee knew who i was when i walked in he did all the paperwork and i got the text telling me about the service and the status. hey, let me know when the car was ready and discussed the mold on my hood and how to remedy. and i was off. i waited on the car and watched the daytime shows to keep me busy. i was able to talk to my sales person nelly while i was there. always a pleasure talking to nelly.
