it's always easy to set up come and get my work done and get on with my day. staff is very friendly laurie beck is tops she really takes good care of her customers.

my service provider is great. he's respectful and kind. i can tell he cares about me and my experience. last week, i had issues with my battery and had concerns because my breaks have chirped since my near $600 rotor and break job. my service lasted a few hours and i later learned one of techs who started the job, left at the end of his shift without giving notice. i still don't know if anyone looked at the breaks. it's disappointing. my service person can't control the tech guys so this isn't a complaint against him.

it was very pleasant and efficient. a probable 4+ hour service was completed in less that 2.5 hours. the staff was polite and friendly as always.

lorie was fantastic her and her service manager took very good care of me and my husband,my car is no longer making noise when i start it,thank you and everyone for such a awesome job, i can't wait to fill out the survey when i receive it, thank you all so very much!
