christian was amazing to work with. he was very communicative and i never had to guess or wonder where my vehicle was in the repair process. christian made the process spectacular

prior to me bringing my 2015 to nissan i had took it to firestone and they charged me 666 dollars for motor mounts etc they couldn't fix it so i took it to nissan and oliver and the technician that worked on my car was so nice and figured out what was wrong with it and the technician said he wanted to fix this problem and never have to experience what i experienced at firestone and that let me know that he cared and wanted to correct the problem so kudos to nissan oliver and my technician was super helpful and i didn't feel like i was getting over on because i am a woman they explained everything and showed me how a motor mount is suppose to work. they test drove it with me before taking my payment so i had a excellent experience!

the staff was courteous. they identified the problem with my tire and confirmed additional issues that need addressing. however, other issues that i asked them to look into such as my new battery's sporadic malfunctioning and my hood latch were not addressed.
