excellent customer service. the manager honored my free oil change for my first visit that i would have had from key buick. there service was so bad i went elsewhere for a free service with expectations to pay for it. the service professionals with your dealership are friendly and very personable. i was so impressed that i want to visit your location for all my auto needs. i'll also refer others to you. customer service is everything to me.

excellent service to my vehicle with resolution of the issue. the only downside is i wasn't notified how long the job would take. i enjoyed the waiting area, but i was there for about 4 hours

christian was my service tech and he was awesome! very friendly, respectful, professional and he cared. also, very nice atmosphere while i waited - snacks, drinks, massage chairs. then christian offered a lyft for me because it was going to take longer than anticipated. it was an overall excellent experience.
