our customer service representative, christian fisher, was great - very helpful, communicative, kind. we had an appt at 10:40a. a problem was identified with my car that needed parts that were thought to be in inventory, but were not. we ended up staying all day waiting on a part to arrive that never came. at 4:15p christian arranged for a rental car and we left and returned the next day to pick up the car.fyi, snacks in the waiting room were very sparse.
