i had an early appointment 7 am and i was out the door by 7:30. laurie was my advisor and she kept me in the loop all the way.

i was informed of the possible cost for repairs, when the parts would be in and had repairs completed in a reasonable amount of time.

the advisor lee was great as always he was there every step of the way i was on and out they were able to meet all of my needs and even got a in for a quick wash

i took my 2018 murano in to have my front brakes serviced because i was told at my last oil change that it was needed. laurie beck checked the system and told me that they would do a brake inspection to see if indeed they were indeed needed to be changed. after the inspection laurie informed me that there was no need to do the brake job. thanks to laurie i didn't need to have them changed.also there was a recall that was already done.
