good communications

i didn't have an appointment but was helped immediately. i was there to redeem a birthday coupon for a free fluids check and car wash. the service manager also reminded me that i was close to my oil change date and that i could have it done for free since it was within my first year. thrilled. customer service was top notch and i would definitely recommend this service department to others.

brought vehicle in due to noise in engine. after inspection, i was told the long block had to be replaced. $$$ i was informed by customer service representative lee that it was covered by warranty. after it was repaired in only 3 days. the engine wouldn't start due to battery being dead. it was replaced with new battery with no charge as well. their were no if and or buts about nissan covering cost under warranty and battery being replaced with no charge was a pleasant surprise! thank you nissan for my amazing experience with the service department, i will no doubt be returning for all my service needs!

purchased a tire which blew out, in hopes that it was still under warranty; since my 2021 rogue was still under warranty with a little over 6000 miles; but much to my surprise it was not so. very expensive to replace especially since i'm a retired senior and on a fixed income 😭😭

laurie, customer service in the service dept. was incredible. excellent service by her.

only problem was advised would take about 90 minutes, returned after 90 minutes & wasn't ready . no major problem

love the employeeswasn't fond of the wait time (oil change) especially since i was the 3rd person with an appt at 7am
