what's to tell for an oil change? my tailgate would not close from the outside button so i made the appointment. laurie checked it out and found that a switch had inadvertently been turned off. that took care of the problem.

i must say as soon as i arrive at the service station the staff members already know who is my service manager/advisoris .i left my key in the car,the manager got me a lyft to get back home .returning to get my car. i was amazed how clean and detailed it was. along with the service done on the car.excellent job by the service manager and his manager.ty
