great experience but tire covered by security plus plan and it says dealers can process but i was told i would have to pay for tire and then get reimbursed by security plus myself

i had 4 tires replaced on my murano. dropped it off at 8 and picked it up at 4pm. when i inspected my vehicle i noticed a long straight line (back tire to front tire) on my car on passenger side: i informed laurie about my concern and she had it buffed to get rid of the scratch. it wasn't completely removed.
