staff was all polite, professional, efficient, and greeted me when i entered. i was kept informed about my vehicle, how long it would take and shown items that required immediate attention and what could wait. i also heard the same professionalism and customer respect to others in the waiting area. my vehicle was done in the time they said it would be. i liked being able to schedule online. i appreciate laurie beck and the other staff i had contact with.

i took my car in to be serviced. oliver was amazing is assisting me! i dropped my car on thursday and received a text that day letting me know i needed to replace the fuel pump. oliver was very knowledgeable and didn't get frustrated with my calls and many questions regarding the service and vest options for my vehicle.my car was done pretty quickly, i'm very happy with the service
