i had a great experience i love how laurie was very informative about what had to be done to my car for it having recalls and i love that they provided me with a ride home and a ride back to coggin nissan when my car was finished. i will definitely return to get my car serviced again.

laurie is always very professional and friendly. i had a issue and it was addressed by chris dhanpaul. he is the absolute best. kudos to coggin nissan.

--chris explained service recommendations with pros and cons, and prioritized which to do right away and which to budget for. the work was done timely, and final bill was true to estimate.--a further comment: this is 3rd time i have been there in 2022, and i have not received courtesy car wash any of the three times. i was told in january that when service finished with my car it was too late for car wash; i don't remember the excuse on 2nd visit; on this last visit, i was told the car wash was "down."
