it's always a pleasure to visit with hardvis. he follows up with me like he says and makes the necessary recommendations. nothing out in left field. i feel like my car always comes back to me running smoother. my only suggestion would be to give the car washes as stated. i understand that this time the machine was broken but the other time i didn't get it.

overall, good. i was disappointed that the courtesy car wash was broken. i was actually looking forward to getting my car washed. i understand that things break. it would've been really nice if i was given a gift card or something to come back for the free car wash.

pretty much the whole purchase was done over the phone. the easiest and fastest automobile purchase i've ever had. not exactly thrilled about paying sticker price than a dealer fee on top of that. though i am aware that this is the current market. love the titan. though i've not driven it much. this is infact my third titan and may just be the last if the rumors are true about nissan doing away with the titan.

upon arrival i was greeted with respect and how can we help you. chris service manager was very helpful and polite with concern of how he could assist me. everyone was very professional this was 1 of the best experience i had with car service. chris called me and kept me updated with my vehicle and how long it would take and when i could come and pick up my truck 🚚 i was very satisfied with everything and everyone. coggin nissan will get all of my business from now on thank y'all for everything and easing some of the stress of that weekend. may god bless everyone at coggin nissan.
