upon arrival i was greeted with respect and how can we help you. chris service manager was very helpful and polite with concern of how he could assist me. everyone was very professional this was 1 of the best experience i had with car service. chris called me and kept me updated with my vehicle and how long it would take and when i could come and pick up my truck 🚚 i was very satisfied with everything and everyone. coggin nissan will get all of my business from now on thank y'all for everything and easing some of the stress of that weekend. may god bless everyone at coggin nissan.

it was a very good experience and i would recommend the service to others

they were very helpful. oh. i wish they had saved the old tire before throwing it away. i bought the tire at another place and it was still under warranty. the service manager did send me a picture to my email of the nail that was in the tire so maybe that will help me get a refund from the place where i bought the tire from originally. he was very sympathetic to the situation.
