except for the initial checkin which was unusually long as i was ignored by the gentleman doing it until a service rep told him i was still waiting.the actual wait time for the work was shorter than expected. when i needed to speak with someone regarding findings and recommendations, lee helped me and was great. answered every question, provided additional information for my comfort. all in all it was a great experience.

the representative was courteous and candid. my only concern is the method of tire rotation. i'm used to having my tires rotated by crossing the rear tires to the front and bring the front to the back. this way in 4 rotations the tire would have been on all four quadrants.
