had an appt for 10am, showed up at 9:45 and was helped right away by laurie. she helped explain some questions i had and was very patient and kind. she's honest and not pushy. she made me feel comfortable about the routine maintenance on my car and didn't try to upsell. she took my car back and it was ready faster than promised. no complaints. laurie is an a+++++!!! only a question - did y'all get rid of the lyft program and the courtesy wash?
