well laurie assisted me for my regular service oil change and filter and tire rotation. i was also having trouble with my car key not sounding alerts when i lock it or emergency sounds. she took care of that too so easily ☺️

svc advisor discounted my information and at one point said "we won't be running your vehicle for 30 min" when i told him that's how long it took for said issue to occur. you guys fixed the issue but he is a smug man that needs people skills
