our service advisor, laurie, has always done outstanding service with our current vehicles.

frustrated that the car was not detailed before it was delivered. seats were filthy as well as carpet and floor mats. there is this detailed pre inspection report with the vehicle, and we leave the dealership after 8:00 pm, it is raining, and both front wiper blades were worn out. the windshield would not wipe clean. it was so bad i had to stop at the o'rielys auto parts store and spend $65.00 on 3 new wiper blades. the following day try to spray washer fluid onto the windshield to clean, and not spray. check the resivour and it is bone dry. i put washer fluid in and it all leaks out the bottom onto the ground. i guess the pre-inspection that was all checked off was not done. dmv was down friday evening and we were told to come back in saturday and they would have the tag transferred. we get there at 4:00 and no one has transferred the tag yet. we sit in the lobby 45 minutes waiting to get the tag transferred. lack of follow up!jack our salesman did a good job, but your prep service leave much to be desired, and it cost me money for wiper blades and we will have to bring it in to get washer fluid tank looked at..... probably will have to leave the car, and that leaves my wife without transportation😫

my check engine light came on for the second time in a week and the service team did an excellent job diagnosing the new problem and fixing it quickly while i waited. excellent service as always! much appreciated!

came in late on a saturday afternoon and was still able to get out in just over an hour. laurie beck was awesome!

was supposed to be there for 4-5 hours on a recall service and was only there for a little over an hour.
