my experience with tyler was excellent the only thing i would say needs to be worked on is the experience of the paperwork, someone needsto go over what you're signing. i left there not knowing how much my payments would be, not knowing when the 1st payment would be do, or even knowing who to pay the 1st payment bill too.

laurie is great, very professional, & kept me updated on what was going on. i am happy to have her as my service advisor.

the work that needed done to my car i needed to leave it and lyft was called which i appreciate it

great service provided by laurie beck, as always. polite, professional...very personable. completed 10,000mile service with no issue. only had to wait for courtesy wash because machine down so hand wash a little slower. knew that up front and they did great job. 👍
